What is your processing time?

We currently have a processing time of 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). We work diligently to prepare your sweets in the order they are received, ensuring every package is carefully packed with care and love!

Please note that selecting express shipping at checkout speeds up transit time with the carrier but does not affect our processing time. As a mother-daughter team, we truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

If you have a specific deadline, please reach out to us before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Do you offer local delivery or pickup?

Yes! We offer local delivery to Durham Region and surrounding areas, with delivery fees ranging from $5.00 CAD to $20.00 CAD depending on the distance from our postal code to yours. The exact fee will be shown at checkout once you enter your address.

*If you do not see the option for local delivery at checkout after entering your address, this means your location is outside of our delivery zone and a shipping method will need to be selected instead.

While local pickup isn’t available as a checkout option, if you’ll be in the area and would like to arrange a pickup, please contact us before placing your order. We are happy to coordinate this when possible!

Where do you ship to and how are shipping rates calculated?

We currently ship across Canada and the United States! Shipping rates are automatically calculated by Shopify at checkout based on your location, order size, and weight. These rates are set by the carriers and are not something we control.

We are always actively exploring new and improved shipping options to provide the best value for our customers.

*Please note: In some cases, we may use a different carrier or shipping method than the one selected at checkout. This is only done when necessary and is always in the best interest of the customer, typically resulting in a faster delivery time at no additional cost.

Where do you source your candies from?

We take pride in offering a unique and diverse selection of over 80 gelatin-free candies from around the world. We work with trusted Canadian wholesalers to help us import select candies and we also source and import directly from a variety of international suppliers. Our collection currently features sweets from countries like the United Kingdom, Sweden, the Netherlands, Spain, Germany, Denmark, and beyond.

As we continue to expand our offerings, we are always on the lookout for new, delicious, and vegan-friendly options. If you know of any tasty treats we don’t carry yet, we woud love to hear from you! What if my order is damaged during shipping?

While we pack your order with the utmost care and love to ensure it arrives safely, we understand that sometimes things can happen during transit. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for any damage that occurs once the package leaves our hands, such as heat exposure or other weather-related and carrier issues.

To help minimize the risk of damage, we recommend selecting the fastest shipping option available. Additionally, we offer cold packs that can be added to your order to help keep your sweets cool during transit. Please note, while cold packs are a helpful option, they are not guaranteed to last for the entire shipping process.

Do you accept returns?

As a food business, we are unable to accept returns due to health and safety regulations.

That said, we truly value your satisfaction and want you to love your sweets. If you encounter any issues with your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to make it right!

Do you offer any allergen information?

All of our products are gelatin-free and most are vegan. We make every effort to keep our ingredient lists up-to-date, but our stock changes frequently, and manufacturers may update ingredients without prior notice.

As we do not manufacture the sweets ourselves, we cannot guarantee that there has been no cross-contamination with common allergens such as peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, milk, eggs, fish, soy, wheat, mustard, gluten, sulphites, crustaceans, and molluscs. If you have severe allergies, we do not recommend purchasing our products.
