We currently have a processing time of 2-4 business days, this does not include weekends or holidays. We complete orders chronologically and are dedicated to shipping out all orders as quickly as possible for you to enjoy your sweets.
For example, if you place an order on Saturday or Sunday, it will ship by the end of Thursday at the latest.
Please note, selecting express shipping speeds up your delivery with the shipping carrier but not our processing time. As a mother-daughter team, we truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

Yes, we offer local delivery within the Durham Region and we also offer order pickup in Ajax. Both of these options can be found at checkout.
How are shipping rates calculated?

We currently ship across Canada and the United States; shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout by Shopify based on your location, order, and weight. We do not make any profit on the shipping rates shown at checkout.

While we do our best to ensure your order arrives safely, we are not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping, such as heat damage. We recommend choosing the fastest shipping option to minimize the risk of heat damage.
Additionally, we offer cold packs that you can add to your order to help keep your sweets cool during transit (cold packs are not guaranteed to last the entire duration of the shipping process).

As a food business, we do not accept returns due to health and safety regulations. However, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us immediately so we can address your concerns.

All of our products are gelatin-free and most of our products are vegan. Detailed ingredient information can be found on each product page. Although we strive to provide safe and allergen-free products, we do not manufacture the sweets ourselves. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that there has been no cross-contamination with common allergens such as peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, milk, eggs, fish, soy, wheat, mustard, gluten, sulphites, crustaceans, and molluscs.
