Stir It Up Candies is a Gelatin-Free Candy Shop rooted in love, kindness, and a deep commitment to making the world a little sweeter. Founded by a mother-daughter duo in March 2024, our small business is based in Durham Region, Ontario, Canada, and is proudly 2SLGBTQ+ and women-owned.

Our journey to create Stir It Up Candies began last year, after the heartbreaking loss of a beloved husband and father. We found ourselves seeking a way to heal and bring joy back into our lives and into the lives of others. Inspired by his love for life's simple pleasures, we turned to candy - a reminder that even in the most difficult of times, a touch of sweetness can go a long way in brightening someone's day.

Our shop offers a carefully curated selection of vegetarian and vegan treats from around the world, reflecting our love for the planet and its animals. As a growing small business, we are committed to finding new ways to make ourselves more eco-friendly while still offering the best products and customer service to our amazing customers.
